General Information / Policies, Appointments, and Emergencies

Because of our commitment to providing the best possible experience to our patients, we require 24 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; as such there is a $150 per hour fee for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled or canceled within the 24 hour period.

Our office does not participate with any dental insurance plans; therefore payment is due at the time of your service.

Upon completion of your dental visit, a claim form will be generated and submitted by our office. We will provide follow up to your claim but it is the patient’s responsibility to make sure they receive payment.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and cash.
